Enquiries and orders
When you send a message by WhatsApp or email, the service you choose handles its delivery. We use the details you provide to answer your enquiry or arrange and support your order. If you pay with PayPal, enter payment details in PayPal. Its service handles the transaction.
Site traffic
Cloudflare delivers and helps protect the site and may process connection data such as IP addresses. We use its server-side reports to view aggregate traffic. These reports do not require analytics cookies in your browser.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you allow it in Analytics settings in the footer. It uses cookies to measure page views and contact or payment link clicks. Our custom events include page, language and product identifiers. You can withdraw consent at any time from the same settings.
Google Analytics retention
The Google Analytics property is set to retain event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months. The user data period restarts when Google Analytics records new activity from that user. These settings apply to event and user data. Standard reports can use aggregated data separately.
Privacy requests
Email sales@microduck-robot.com to ask about your data or request access, correction or deletion. Where applicable, you can also request restriction or portability, object to processing, or complain to your data protection authority. WhatsApp, your email service and PayPal have their own privacy notices.
